For this purpose, we work together with DocuSign as a provider of electronic signatures. Where applicable, we also use the video identification service provided by the trusted service provider IDnow. Both providers are certified in accordance with legal requirements.*

You will receive an email from us with a link to the documents.
> Forward: You can forward the documents internally for signature.
> Review: You review the documents as before.
> Complete: You fill in the fields we have highlighted.
> Identify: There are two options here: Simple signature: you complete the process with your electronic signature. Qualified signature: For identification by video, you will be automatically redirected to the well-known provider IDnow. There you enter your e-mail address and cell phone number. One of the IDnow employees will then identify you with your ID card.
> Done: Both you and we will automatically receive a copy of the signed document.
* The "Regulation on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market" (eIDAS) regulates the binding nature of eSignatures. DocuSign fully complies with these strict provisions of the regulation
